Poly Group Hosts Talent Showcase for Skilled Professionals
On January 22, the “Craftsmanship at Poly: Excellence in Skill”?talent showcase for skilled professionals was held at the Poly Theatre in Beijing. The event was attended by all senior executives of Poly Group, dedicated external directors of the company, all Poly employees, and members of the public interested in Poly, both in person and online.
In his speech, Liu Hualong, Chairman of Poly Group, emphasized that skilled professionals are a vital force in driving high-quality development. He urged all levels of the company to enhance training, utilization, evaluation, and incentive mechanisms to build a highly skilled workforce. He also encouraged skilled talents to pursue excellence, contribute to Poly’s growth, and play an active role in the nation’s development and revitalization.
The event featured the awards ceremony for Poly Group’s inaugural vocational skills competition. A total of 62 winners took the stage to receive medals, trophies, and honorary certificates, presented by distinguished guests and company executives.
The event showcased the essence of craftsmanship through artistic performances, delivering a captivating audiovisual experience by Poly’s skilled professionals. The dance performances “Your Satisfaction, My Happiness” and “Your Safety, My Peace of Mind”?highlighted the expertise of professionals in customer service, Chinese cuisine, restaurant service, engineering (electrical work), fire safety, and civil explosives production. The creative piece “Encountering Treasures”?seamlessly blended stage technology with dance artistry, offering the audience a glimpse into the richness of Chinese culture and Poly’s artistic heritage. The theatrical performance “Ice & Snow Escort”?and the multimedia storytelling piece “Letters Across Three Lands, Bond of a Bridge”?vividly portrayed the dedication and resilience of Poly’s skilled workforce.
The event also featured interactive sessions on firefighting and culinary skills. Additionally, video clips were screened, including “A Warm Hello”?showcasing property management professionals, “Embracing Change, Building the Future”?highlighting Poly’s young talents, and “I Am a Poly Employee.” The celebration concluded with a medley of songs, extending heartfelt New Year wishes.
